Our steel punchings varying from 2 to 4 mm diameter and approx. 1 to 2 mm thickness are ideal for weighting your vessel, houseboat, anchor and any other object. Due to the small size and at the same time the high specific weight per cubic meter (approx. 4,500 kg) of the steel punchings, it is extremely suitable for heavy weighting within a limited space.

The Steel Punchings are released during various production processes in the Netherlands and are actually considered a waste product for these companies. ballast-products.com offers the very best recycling for the Steel Punchings, namely: reuse. Instead of using the punching caps in the melting furnace, we ensure that the Steel Punchings get a second life. This benefits the environment, but of course also your wallet because the production costs are many times lower than when they have to be custom made.
The products are standard packed in our white polyprop packaging of 400x600mm. If you prefer to have it packed in the seal bags, this is of course possible. Please feel free to contact one of our employees to discuss the quote together.
