Ordering & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your address to our webshop are at your own expense and average €9.95 per package. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please contact us at info@ballastproducten.nl. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return request, provided the product has been returned in good condition. Make sure the product is returned with all supplied accessories and in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of return

Some products cannot be returned:

Custom-made products
Products that have been specially made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Price-dependent products
Products made from lead, steel, or other metals are subject to price fluctuations on the global market. Therefore, returns are not possible. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at info@ballastproducten.nl.

Check whether all details on the purchase agreement are correctly filled in: name, address, postal code, city, and phone number. If the delivery address differs from the main address, this must be explicitly stated.

Delivery of your order

We deliver your order to your home or business location at the agreed rate.
Delivery takes place at ground level, behind the first accessible door. In the case of flats or apartments, this means delivery is made at the building’s main entrance.
The driver delivers alone and will need assistance with unloading. Please ensure someone is present to help lift.
Deliveries on pallets are brought to the first door only; the delivery service will not unpack or carry items inside.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the path and entrance are free of obstacles such as bicycles, strollers, or furniture.

Delivery costs: The standard delivery rate applies up to 20 kg (excluding the Wadden Islands).
For orders over 20 kg, a special rate will be calculated. This is always discussed in advance.

Not home at the time of delivery?
If no one is present to receive the goods, the driver will return the order to storage. You can then contact us to schedule a new delivery appointment. Please note that additional delivery costs will apply.

Our delivery service has years of experience in safely and efficiently delivering products. To continuously improve our service, we conduct short customer satisfaction surveys at random. You may receive a brief phone call shortly after delivery with a few questions about your experience. This will only take a few minutes.
